To be a qualified dietitian in Australia, you will need to complete either a 4-year bachelor degree or a 2-year master degree that is accredited by the Australian Dietetics Council (ADC). Graduates from a 3-year degree in nutrition-related discipline can only be a nutritionist which has no formal qualifications. Yet, 3-year degree holders in related discipline also have pathways to be a qualified dietician. Please contact our consultants if you are confused about this point.
