Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) Visa allows people to live and work in Australia permanently.
Regional Provisional Stream
Requirement：
- Hold 491 Visa for at least 3 years
- Lived and worked in designated regional areas of Australia at least 3 years.
- Provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office for three income years within the 491 visa period, no minimum income requirement
- Meet the Health and Character requirements
- Comply with 491 Visa conditions
Hong Kong Stream
Requirement：
- Hong Kong Passport or British National (Overseas) Passport holders
- Holder of 457 / 482 / 485 visa, and continuously live in Australia for at least 3 years, and there is no living, working, and studying record in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane within this period.
- English requirement: completed a course in Australia for at least 2 years, or IELTS 4.5 (at least 4.0 for each part)
- Meet the Health and character requirement
