Student visa allows international students to study full-time in recognised colleges.
Application conditions:
- Enrolled in a full-time course registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), including: international English language program, primary and secondary school, higher education, graduate courses and so on.
- If the applicant is under 18, student guardian and Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare are required to be arranged during their study period.
- Meet the GTE requirement
- Have adequate health insurance
✻ Students visa holders are allowed to work during the study period. From 1st July 2023, the working hours are limited to 48 hours per fortnight.
✻ Students are allowed to travel outside Australia and return as many times as they want.
✻ Students need to extend or renew student visa if they defer their study.
